With a strong foundation in Bermuda’s import, export, and distribution landscape, Adam brings extensive operational and leadership experience to his role as Operations Manager at Bermuda Janitorial Supply Ltd. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on logistics expertise, he plays a key role in driving efficient procurement, inventory management, and supply-chain operations across the business.

Adam is responsible for managing all inbound container orders, coordinating with global vendors, optimizing container loads, and ensuring compliance with Bermuda’s import requirements.

Before joining Bermuda Janitorial, Adam founded and operated Coral Coast Clothing, one of Bermuda’s leading apparel brands. There, he managed global sourcing, import/export logistics, and international wholesale expansion, building strong supply chain relationships across North America.

Adam began his career as a Junior Underwriter at Tokio Millennium Re. He holds a BA (Hons) in Geography and Business Administration from Queen’s University and continues his family’s legacy in Bermuda’s import-export and distribution industry.

With over 20 years of experience in the cleaning and janitorial industry, he brings deep operational knowledge and a strong understanding of the products, workflows, and customer needs that drive the sector.

He is responsible for managing all client orders, coordinating with our delivery crew, receiving and sorting container shipments. His hands-on approach in the warehouse, combined with strong planning skills, allows him to anticipate challenges, reduce delays, and maintain consistent product orders for our clients.

Known for his problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure, Carlos plays a key role in supporting the BJS and BCL Teams.
